Rooted on Oklahoma City’s historic Film Row, Bar Arbolada focuses on a simple promise: do the classics exceptionally well. We grind our beef in‑house for thin, crisp‑edged smash patties, pile pimento cheese over hand‑cut fries, and mix balanced cocktails with house‑made components. The menu is intentionally tight and fairly priced (burgers from $6, doubles at $8) so you can stop by often. We’re walk‑in only, the kitchen serves until 10 PM daily, and weekday happy hour (4–6 PM) keeps things friendly. Local sourcing and consistent technique drive everything we serve.
Walk into Bar Arbolada and you’ll find a tight menu done with care: smash‑style burgers, pimento cheese fries, and cocktails that lean bright and balanced. No gimmicks—just dialed‑in execution, fair prices, and the casual energy that keeps locals coming back.
Our signature double cheeseburger is two house‑ground patties, smashed hard for a caramelized crust, layered with American cheese, mustard, ketchup, onions, and pickles. Wrapped in foil and served fast, it’s a nostalgic, no‑frills classic at an $8 price point.
The bar program favors balance over flash. Try a Vitamin G (gin, celery, green apple, lime) or keep it classic with a Gold Rush. Weekday happy hour runs 4–6 PM with $5 cocktails, $6 wines, and $1 off draft beer.
Expect a lively room, high ceilings, and a playlist that matches the buzz. Seating spans booths, bar, and a small patio—good for a quick burger, a round with friends, or a late‑night snack after a show.
Local sourcing, consistent technique, and a crew that knows the craft—Bar Arbolada keeps regulars coming back. It gets busy, but the quality, price, and pace make the wait worth it.
Find us at 637 W Main St on Film Row. We’re walk‑in only; the kitchen serves until 10 PM. Limited parking, pedestrian‑friendly block. A 25% service fee applies to unpaid open tabs left at the bar.
Definitely not the best burger in OKC there are other places that make way better burgers including Freddie's. It's prepared like McDonald's (mustard, ketchup, onion, and pickles, cheese if you like), but taste better. They do not have lettuce or tomatos in the restaurant. Bummer!
This place is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend stopping in for drinks and food. The views and lighting as the sun sets are excellent. The service is great!
My husband and I work at the bakery down the street from Arbolada, and we can't go a week without getting their burgers. So tasty and a great price. The staff are all super kind and so creative with what they have to offer! Great atmosphere, creative drinks, and tasty burgs.
Just went for the burger. Not the bar. Great burger. Keel it simple. I didn't care for the fries but my son did. Didn't have the beer I wanted but not really their fault. Big empty room with not much feel. Definitely a top 10 burger in OKC.
Best cheese burger I've ever had in okc, juicy and seasoned on point. The place gets crowded easily and the music just a little bit too loud.
Loved this little neighborhood bar. Stumbled upon it on a recent visit to OKC. The bartender Skylar is awesome. Made the best Cosmopolitan to satisfy my wife. All fresh ingredients and no syrupy premixes. Very friendly staff. Demi was really helpful. Giod appetizer menu. Trendy crowd Saturday night. Also try the "Burnt Reynolds". Definitely going back next trip to OKC
